Our cancellation policy allows for our contracted therapists to maintain a schedule and respect their craft. Note that if you must cancel, please give us 24 hour notice to ensure you are not charged for your service. Cancellation within 24 hours is subject to a 50% service charge, and no-show without notice will be charged 100% of the service.
